Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders above ₹499.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
Delivery Delays
While we work to meet these timelines consistently, delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders may undergo additional verification and could take slightly longer to dispatch than prepaid orders.
Returns
We hold every garment to an uncompromising standard before it ever reaches you. If something isn't right, return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery — provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags intact. This isn't a formality; it's how we protect what "Obsidian Club" is meant to stand for.
Note: We do not accept returns for customized products.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement— no questions asked. Beyond this window, our production flow begins, and the standard return policy will apply upon delivery.
Refunds
We want to make sure your refund gets back to you as quickly as possible!

If you are returning an item: As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours. You can expect to see the funds back in your account within 5 to 7 days.

If you need to cancel an order: We will process your cancellation refund within 24 hours of your request. Just like returns, it will take about 5 to 7 days for the money to reflect in your account.
